These Terms and Conditions (hereafter "T&C") apply to all services provided by Getsnapscore.com (hereafter "Provider") via the website www.buysnapscore.com. These services include adding SnapScore to the Snapchat accounts of our customers (hereafter "Customers" or "You").

2. Description of Services

The Provider offers customers the opportunity to increase their Snapscore on Snapchat through a paid service. Details about the various packages and prices are available on our website.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract between the customer and the provider is concluded when the customer selects a payment offer on our website and completes the payment process. By completing the payment process, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these T&C.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is made using the payment methods offered on the website.

5. Usage Requirements

The customer assures that the information they provide as part of the service, including their Snapchat username and other relevant data, is accurate and complete. The customer commits to not disseminating or promoting any unlawful content via the platform.

6. Disclaimer

The Provider is not liable for any issues that arise from the use of the increased Snapscore, including but not limited to potential violations of Snapchat's terms of service or negative reactions from third parties.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers of buysnapscore.com can revoke their contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form. The revocation period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form but not before the conclusion of the contract and also not before our fulfillment of the information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB.

8. Changes to the T&C

The Provider reserves the right to change these T&C at any time without prior notice. The amended conditions will be sent to the customer by email and are considered accepted if the customer continues to use the Provider's services after receiving the amended T&C.

9. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Instead of the invalid provision, a regulation that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision will apply.
